A name, birth date, or other entry submitted through a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results; Brown County Warrant Records does not keep or record those search terms.

Brown County Warrant Records neither hosts nor sells a database of warrants or personal warrant information. Its guidance identifies Brown Circuit Court, the Brown County Clerk, the Sheriff's Department, and Indiana MyCase as possible starting points while making clear that MyCase is not a live warrant register. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or profiles about other people.
